Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and parts included.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if there is no product quality issue.
Please note that the product must remain in resellable condition. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or missing original parts or packaging may not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to customer reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the product, or compatibility issues caused by incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us with photos or videos, and we will help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
